1) All prices are quoted in SG
2) No Price negotiation & no bidding
3) No refunds or exchange will be made after purchase
4) Delivery only by local normal mail or registered postage
5) All orders will only be posted after full payment is made
5) Orders posted out will be recieved within 7- 14 working days.
6) All orders must be confirmed & payment made within 5 days

How To Order

1) Select a category of preference from the catalogue list to view and choose items from that category.
2) Select an item from the category you have choosen to view.
3) Click on the "View Item" button of the item you have choosen to see a product overview of the item for more detailed information.
4) If item choosen is preferred and you are ready to purchase, in order request email to DLF to make an order.
6) Once an order is made, wait for an order process confirmation email from DLF.
7) Once email is received and order is confirmed, you can proceed to choose a payment mode.
8) Once payment is made, DLF will process the payment and sent out a payment process confirmation email.
9) A follow up email and electronic invoice will be sent to customer for notification of item sent out date and estimated date of receive for item.
10) Once all of the above mention process is completed, the online shopping order process flow will be consider complete.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty Of Goods
1. All our goods / services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 -90 percent similiar to product picture on the website.

Terms Of Warranty
2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product / services information provided, unless the manufacturer does not provide any information of such.

Prices
3. All product prices are nett prices. Delivery charges are excluded.

Delivery Services
4. Delivery services are by means of normal mailing, registered mailing or local courier services. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to prevailing shipment rates.

Payment Processing
5. We accept bank transfer, atm transfer payments. Cash payments will be based on a case by case basis.

Confirmation Of Orders
6. We will send an electronic acknowledgement within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items requested are not available, an electronic follow up will be sent to the customer.

Cancellation Of Orders
7. We will refund the amount paid in the event of order cancellation due to unavailability of goods. We do not entertain cancellation in the event of confirmed order submitted by customer.

Exhange And Refunds
8. All goods sold on DLF are non-refundable. Please refer to our exchange & refund polices for more info.

9. We welcome all feedbacks for our customers. Should you feel unsatisfied with our products or services, please contact us.

Quality Assurance
Each of our products goes through stringent quality control check process before they are being arranged for delivery to our customers. To safeguard the interest of our customers, we allow exchange or refund to a certain extend. All exchange and refund are governed under our return policy.
A rough guided figure of 80% of our products are simliar to the pictures shown within our website. Colours may vary to different customers' computer configuration and screen resolutions. All information on products given in our website are provided as best and true to our knowledge of the product provided by the supplier.

Product Availability
The product availability information provided in our website are 90% as accurate as possible. We will send out order process confirmation and if the product happens to be uavailable, we will notified our customers in the email on the product availability date and customers may choose to wait for the re-stock or choose another item for replacement.
Due to overwhelming respond, products are only considered reserved upon completion of the entire order process from step 1 to step 8. Thank you for your understanding.

Discount & Promotions Policy
Discounts and promotions items are only only for a certain period only. The duration of the promotion or discount is correct as of the published on the website and is subjected to changes without prior notice.DreamsLink Fashion reserves the right to change the information and prices of the promotiont or discount item without prior notice. Discount and promotion items are not eligible for return policies.

SHIPPMENT & DELIVERY POLICIES

Delivery Charges
All customers to take note that prices listed for items does not include delivery charges. All payment will have to include delivery charges. Delivery charges may vary according to the mode of delivery requested.

Local Normal Mail Delivery
Local delivery rate is caculated based on the total weight of parcel via Singpost's postage system. We excercised total accuracy and transparency in delivery charges in sync with that of Singpost. No extra charges are imposed.

Local Registered Mail Delivery
Orders will be delivered via Singpost's registered mail system and takes approximately 2 - 3 working days. Article tracking number will be provided and each parcel is limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. Registered mail parcel will have an additional fee of SGD $2.24 on top of the normal postage fee for per parcel.

Local Courier Delivery
Courier delivery service is only made available in case of urgent delivery or orders exceeding weight of 2kg per parcel. Orders which are processed before 3pm from monday to friday will be delivered before 8pm on the same day. Delivery rates varies depending on location, urgency and mass of parcel.

Self Collection
Customers may request for self collection. Self collection service is made available only based on case to case basis. Self collection service is only available at specified location only. Due to efficiency and better service management, we do not encourage self collection service.

RETURN POLICIES

Exchange Policy
In the event of defective items upon delivery & unmatched orders, you can request for an exchange. However, the occurence of such incidents are kept at its minimum. In the event where such unfortunate event happens to you, we have in place a systematic procedure to resolve such issues.

Exchange cases will be based on a case by case basis and we will do our best to give our customers a fair and satisfactory after sales service.

Simply follow the guidelines below for exchange request:

1) Take a picture of the defective item.

2) Use an image editor to circle the area of defect on the item.

3) Send an email to Jackie84a@gmail.com

4) State your request to exchange for defective or unmatch orders.

5) Include the following in your email:
Image of item, Item Code, Invoice Number, Reason for request of exchange

An exchange of request will only be considered effective if the request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery via our exchange procedure guidelines.
* DreamsLink Fashion reserves the right to replace the item sent in for exchange with another item of similar value in event of item out of stock.

Refund
All full refund is only applicable in the event of ordered products are out of stock after full payment is made and customers does not wish to replace order with another item of similar value.

PAYMENT MODES & POLICIES

Billing Information

1) We uses POSB as our bank.

2) We accept ATM transfer for payment.

3) We accept online wire transfer for payment.

4) We accept check payment for invoice of SGD $100 and above.

5) We do not cash payment other than cases of customers sending in request and we reviewed these cases on a case by case basis.

* Important billing details such as bank a/c numbers and such will be made known to customers when we send out the order confirmation email.

In the event that customers are not able to follow thru or encounter problems on billing, please contact us.
